Rachel is a therapist intern and is currently a master’s student at Pacific University in the Applied Psychological Program. Prior to graduate school, she graduated cum laude from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a minor in Community Health Education. She has experience working with children on the autism spectrum and conducting body positive activities for college students.
 
Rachel is passionate about assisting individuals become realigned with their purpose and self-love. She is currently discovering her therapeutic approach but finds herself rooted in the Health at Every Size (HAES), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness approaches. However, her main focus is providing a safe space for everyone who enters her room. She is excited to begin this journey to empowerment with you.
 
Some of Rachel’s favorite activities include art, walking in nature, yoga, and watching a good movie. She loves all sorts of movies from horror to Sci-Fi. She also loves animals and enjoys spending time with loved ones.
